I saw that too, but though it does mention BTCC in the message it doesnt state that that's where they'll be racing. Might be doing Britcar again

Good luck to them, whichever series they end up in.

Pure speculation and guessing. But I wonder if there is any tie up with AMD and Thorney regards the Astra build ?
    What will 2013 bring ?

Saw an interview with Shaun from AmD on one of the indie BTCC sites the other day. He's now saying that the Astra is simply an option and that it wouldn't be able to race this year anyway as there's no space for it. As well as talking of how he'd love to run a factory deal for someone in 2014.

Think it may have been the crazy website, I can't remember off the top of my head and I'm posting from my phone right now.

I would "never say never" to most things but I can categorically say this will never happen!

    Cheers Shaun

Well there's a first, Sean and I actually agree on something

We are currently concentrating on building a car for another team and also working on our own package, after last seasons budget issues I won't run again again until all the budget is in place, if that means we miss a few races then so be it.

I believe they said they have plans for a 2nd driver sometimes during the season.
