Remebering Croft 2008 SEAT's Horror Show & Jackson astonishing drive

Jigglybean quite right has started a thread about Gio showing his class at Croft in 2009 the year before provided two key points

1) One of the best comeback drives in BTCC history when Mat Jackson who started at back in race 2 after aquaplaning off in the 1st race coming all the way through to nearly win the race just pipped by Turkington

2) The second was SEAT and their day from hell

Pretty please with pink icing on the top. Could you put threads about seasons gone by in the history section (not the main forum [from which this has been redirected] which is really for discussion about the present season)?

Correct. He started 18th (having gone off at Tower during race 1 while leading).

He started the final lap 1.2s behind Turks - took about 6 tenths out at Tower and then lost it on the drag to the line - he'd have won if he hadn't been held up by Adam Jones or Matt Neal.

One of my all time favourite BTCC drives...
