Having announced his retirement earlier this year, this weekend’s rounds of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship at Brands Hatch will draw the curtain on Peter Riches’ illustrious career as TOCA Technical Director.
Peter has played an integral role within the paddock for over 30 campaigns and has become one of the most recognisable and familiar characters in Britain’s premier motorsport series over the years.
The official BTCC website caught up with Peter ahead of his swansong weekend, discussing everything from his early days with the championship to his plans after the chequered flag falls on Sunday evening and more.
