Huddersfield racer Dan Lloyd enjoyed his best season to date during this year’s Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship, contesting a Hyundai i30N.

Joining Bristol Street Motors with EXCELR8 TradePriceCars.com for 2022, Lloyd was on the pace from the off, collecting points in all but one round during the first half of the year.

The 30-year-old truly endured the highs and lows of motorsport during the campaign, with his race three crash at Oulton Park causing significant damage to his #123 machine.

Bouncing back in indisputable fashion, Lloyd headed to his home circuit of Croft just a fortnight later and went on to secure a terrific double victory.

A difficult outing at Knockhill followed, but Lloyd powered through to end the year on a high, taking the final victory of the campaign after a run of points finishes.
